The Mission of Advancement Services is to deliver quality services and work to continuously improve the information that is provided to our internal and external clients.

Oversees the operational and infrastructure areas within Advancement Services. Implements, manages, and builds key systems supporting the University’s fundraising and alumni relations activities.

Advancement Services currently encompasses the following areas:
• Database Administration and Services
• Gift and Records Administration
• Prospect Research Management

Provides detailed research on prospects and donors to members of the development staff.

• Identify and analyze potential donors
• Ensure current and complete information is recorded in prospect management system
• Provide initial and in-depth profiles to development staff
